Delivery
- The product is delivered in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden and Finland, and also in other countries if desired.
- Within Estonia, the product is delivered within 1-3 working days from receipt of the payment.
- Outside of Estonia, the product is delivered in 3-8 working days.
- The product can be returned within 14 calendar days (if the product size is wrong or the product does not meet other requirements) in the basic configuration and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Right to file a complaint:
- The online store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the product which already existed at the time of delivery of the order and is discovered within 2 years from the purchase.
- The entire kit is covered with a six-month warranty, after which the warranty will apply only on main components.
- Note. Our online store is not responsible for defects detected after the delivery of the product, as well as for the improper use of the product (assessed by expert)
- Note. If the bicycle is assembled by the customer, the product loses the basic six-month warranty, and the store is not responsible for any problems encountered in assembling the bicycle and accessories. We recommend to use free assembly service and order pre-assembled product (otherwise, the bicycle will be delivered in a box, and the customer will have to assemble the handlebar, saddle, pedals and front wheel. Depending on the model, it may be necessary to adjust the brakes and gears.)
- Complaint procedure:
- If when opening the package you discovered a problem (defect, missing detail), take a general photo of the package and a separate photo of the defect.
- Describe the problem, attach a photo and email it to [email protected].
- As soon as you receive the letter and examine the problem, we will contact you and propose possible solutions to the problem.
